ABOUT STUDIO RENTALS: Dance Manhattan has joined forces with You Should Be Dancing...! The space is centrally located in midtown, just south of 31st St/Penn Station and easily accessible by subway, bus, bike or on foot!

The beautiful facilities are available for private parties, dance rehearsals, play readings and rehearsals, small meetings, singing and acting lessons, film/photo/video shoots, auditions, practice space, dance instruction, etc.

Our facilities include three nicely sized individual studios and a great party space! All feature:


  • Beautiful Hardwood Floors
  • Plentiful Mirrors
  • Sound Systems compatible with CD, IPOD, SmartPhone & IPAD/Laptop (DJ Booth in the Party Room)
