Pre-requisites: For students with an introductory knowledge of the dance and a little experience. It is recommended that you take this class for 3 to 4 months. Instructor recommendation suggested prior to moving up to the next level.
This swing dance is done to blues and contemporary music and, unlike Lindy Hop, is danced in a slot rather than a circle!
FAST TRACK is an accelerated class which reviews the fundamentals, basic rhythms and lead –follow skills and takes you thru the Pre-Intermediate level as quickly as you can progress.
