Dance Parade returns to the streets celebrating its 18th year with 10,000 dancers featuring over 100 unique styles of dance. A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony kicks off the event at 11:45am at 17th Street and Sixth Avenue (Avenue of the Americas).
The parade travels south on 6th Ave from 17th to 8th Street. It then makes a left on 8th Street and travels East to Tompkins Square Park @ Ave A.

Tompkins Square Park is the destination of the parade at Avenue A and Saint Marks Place. It comes alive from 3-7pm with choreographed performances, dance lessons, aerial and social dance on five stages, all FREE to the public.
