Jaime Shannon acquired her B.A. in dance from Hofstra University in 2006. Since then, she has established her professional modern dance career by performing throughout the northeast and Colorado with such companies as Lauren Hale Dance, HalloHallo, Dance Cat-Alyst, Kelley Donovan and Dancers, and the Bronx Opera Company.

As a swing dancer, Jaime travels the world teaching Collegiate Shag, Lindy Hop, Partner Charleston and Aerials. She is one of the most well known shag follows around the globe, and a master coach in partnering technique across all styles of swing dancing.
