Constantin Rueger
Constantin was introduced to Argentine Tango in 1996 when he accidently dropped in on one of Berlin's Milongas. As a former ballroom dancer and martial artist, he was fascinated by the subtlety and complexities of the dance. He has since dedicated himself to Tango.
After two years of basic studies with Berlin's Irmel Weber and Ricardo Brog, Constantin started to travel to Buenos Aires and throughout Europe in order to study with Argentine greats Gustavo Naveira, Mingo Pugliese, Chicho, Susanna Miller and Julio y Corina.
Constantin currently works at Berlin's well known dance school, "walzerlinksgestrickt", where he runs a weekly Milonga. Constantin has performed in Sweden, Italy, Poland, Switzerland, and in "Swango" in the U.S. with Rebecca Shulman. |
